Hi, I'm Joe.

I'm the hands-on half of South Florida Handyman Co. I've been building and fixing homes for 30 years, most of it on full remodels across South Florida, so I know how a house goes together and what's behind the drywall. Now I keep it to the jobs that make a home work day to day, done right the first time.

These days I'd rather do the jobs that make a house work every day: the door that sticks, the TV that needs to go up, the cabinets that need to be hung right, the list you've been putting off. Short jobs, done carefully, by the same person every time.

How the company works

South Florida Handyman Co. is two partners. One of us does the work. The other answers the phone, sends your quote and makes sure the schedule holds. You always know who is coming and when.

Our standards

• On time. A two-hour arrival window and a text when we're on the way.
• Experienced. Joe has 30 years in the trades, so small jobs get a pro's eye.
• Clean. Drop cloths down, dust contained, debris hauled away.
• Paperwork handled. Need a certificate of insurance for your HOA, building or property manager? Ask when you book and we provide it before the visit.
• Upfront. You see the price before we start. If something changes, we stop and ask.
• Honest about limits. We don't take electrical, roofing, structural or permit work. When a job needs a licensed contractor, we tell you.
