What does a handyman visit cost?
Small jobs are priced as a flat rate when we can see the work from photos, and by the hour when we can't. Every visit has a minimum, and you get the price before we start. See how we price.
Are you licensed contractors?
No. Florida doesn't license handyman work, and we stay inside that line on purpose. We don't do electrical, roofing, structural or anything that needs a permit. When a job needs a licensed contractor, we tell you and point you to one.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. If your HOA, condo building or property manager needs a certificate of insurance for the job, tell us when you book and we will provide one before the visit.
Do you have experience with bigger jobs?
Yes. Joe spent 30 years in the trades, much of it on full remodels, so he knows how a house goes together. We focus on smaller jobs now, and when a project needs a licensed contractor we tell you up front.
How soon can you come out?
Most small jobs get scheduled within a few days. We confirm a two-hour arrival window and text you when we're on the way.
Can you handle jobs while we're out of state?
Yes. Snowbirds and out-of-town owners are a big part of what we do. We send before and after photos for every job, and we can work with your home watch company, HOA or property manager on access.
Do you supply materials?
We bring common hardware and supplies. For bigger items like a vanity mirror, blinds or a door, you can buy it or we can pick it up and add it to the invoice at cost plus a small handling fee.
Tell us what needs doing.
Call, text or send a few photos. We reply the same day with a time window and a clear price.
