What we collect
When you call, text, email or send a form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, city, details about the job and any photos. Our website also uses basic analytics (Google Analytics) that records pages visited and general device information through cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, price and schedule your job, send updates, invoice you and keep records of the work. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we use your number only to message you about your request and jobs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run our phone system, email, scheduling and payments, only to do those jobs for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Photos of your home
Job photos are for your records and ours. We never post photos that show your address, your face or anything identifying without your permission.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@southfloridahandymanco.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
