How we price
Simple rules, written down before we show up. Common jobs have flat starting prices. Everything else is hourly, and you approve it first.
Minimum visit

Includes the first hour of one tech and standard supplies.

Prices below are starting points for labor. Parts and materials are extra: you can supply them, or we buy them and add them at cost plus 20%. Photos let us firm up a price before we arrive.

Travel, weekends and the fine print
- Most of Palm Beach and Broward is inside our normal area. Farther addresses may add $39 or $69 for travel. We tell you before we book.
- Scheduled Saturday visits add $50. Evenings, Sundays and holidays are time and a half. Same-day emergency visits add $99.
- An unplanned supply run during a job is $49 flat.
- Jobs over $1,000 take a 25% deposit. Special-order materials are paid up front.
- Florida's handyman exemption covers jobs under $2,500. Bigger projects get referred to a licensed contractor. We never split a job to get under the limit.
- Hurricane prep prices are published here ahead of time and do not go up when a storm is coming.
Pricing questions
Why is there a visit minimum?
Every visit costs us the drive, the setup and the cleanup, no matter how small the job. The $149 minimum covers that and the first hour of work, so a quick fix and a few small add-ons usually land right at the minimum.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Send photos by text or through the quote form and we will give you a price or a range for free. If a job needs an in-person look first, we tell you before we come.
Is the price final?
Flat-rate jobs are final unless we find something we could not see in the photos, like rot behind a board. If that happens, we stop, show you, and you decide before any extra work.
How do I pay?
You pay when the work is done. We take cards and digital payments. Property managers with an approved account can pay on net-30 terms.

Scheduled Saturdays add $50 to the visit. Evenings, Sundays and holidays are billed at time and a half. Same-day emergency visits add $99.
