What the price covers

Your Garage Reset price is fixed. It does not go up if the job runs long. It covers a normally full garage, the sort, the setup, one donation drop-off and the cleanup. Two things can add to it, and we always quote them from your photos before you book:

  • Junk to the dump. Donations are included. Real trash that won't fit in your bins goes to the dump for $199 per pickup-truck load, dump fees included.
  • Heavy garage. If the garage is packed floor to ceiling, or there is water or pest damage to deal with, there is a heavy-garage fee from $249.

No surprises on the day. If we find something we didn't see in the photos, we show you and you decide before anything changes.

Every reset includes

  • Sort everything into keep, donate and toss
  • Group what you keep into zones: tools, sports, holiday, garden, car
  • Hang bikes, ladders and tools on up to 12 heavy-duty hooks we bring
  • One pickup-truck donation drop-off, receipt to you
  • Sweep and blow out the floor, corners and shelves
  • Before and after photos

How the day goes

  1. Empty. Everything comes out to the driveway.
  2. Sort. Keep, donate, toss, with you for the first hour.
  3. Clean. Floor swept, corners blown out.
  4. Set up. Zones, hooks, racks, labels.
  5. Haul. Donations dropped off, photos sent.

Garage questions

Do I need to be home?

For the first hour, yes, so we can go through what stays and what goes. After that you can leave us to it. Most people come back to a garage they can park in.

What happens to the things I don't want?

Donations go to a donation center you pick, and you get the receipt. One pickup-truck load is included. Real trash can go in your bins or to the dump as an extra load. We can't take paint, chemicals, propane tanks, tires or batteries, but we tell you where to drop them.

Does the price change if it takes longer?

No. Your price is fixed when you book, whether the job takes four hours or eight. The only things that can add to it are junk going to the dump and a heavy-garage fee, and we quote both from your photos before you book, never on the day.

Can you install ceiling storage?

Yes. Overhead racks are $249 each to install, screwed into the ceiling joists, with at least 7 feet of clearance underneath so you can still park. Bring your own rack or we pick one up at cost.

Can you build tote racks too?

Yes, and it is the best way to keep a garage organized. Racks start at $435, and you get $75 off any rack booked with a reset. Build your rack.

How do we keep it this way?

Add Garage Care to a quarterly plan. Every three months we put things back in their zones, haul out what you no longer need and sweep. See the plans.

Ready to park in your garage again?

Text a photo of the garage and we will reply the same day with a package and a firm price.
